After School Programme

Welcome to the OIS After School Programme. This programme is for students from Reception - IB 2 and parents. It consists of three types of learning opportunities for students:

1.     School Organized Programmes (After School Activities, Play Club, OIS Sports: Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Floorball and Tennis)

2.     School Based Programmes (International Music School, The Norwegian Ballet School, and Girl Guides)

3.     Community Based Programmes (External community clubs: Baseball, Sailing, Golf, Dance, Martial Arts, Ice Hockey, American Football, Soccer, Marching Band, Orchestra, Swimming, Tennis, Gymnastics, Fencing, Skating, skiing, etc)

This site provides you with detailed information on all three programmes and the possibility to sign your child(ren) up for an after school programmes. Registration for Season 3 will start Tuesday, January 24, 2012 and Season 3 activities/sports will begin on February 13, 2012.

The OIS School Organized Programmes are divided into three seasons; Season I: 5 September to 11 November 2011, Season II: 21 November to 10 February 2012 and Season III: February 13 to May 11, 2012.

The fees for activities presented on this site may vary due to the length of each activity/season.

Please be sure to read and understand the "Terms" of the ASA Programme outlined above.

How to register - registration will start Tuesday, January 24, 2012 for Season 3 (First time only)

Click on the "Register" tab on the right hand side of the page. Complete the personal information section which includes creating a user name (your user name must be an E-mail address) and password (you will only need to do this once).

Click in the left hand side menu on the activity (After School Programmes) you would like to join. Click on "More info" and check that there are available spaces "in stock" .
Add the activity to your cart by clicking "Add to cart".
You may add more activities to your cart before placing your order.
Click "Go to cart"on the right hand side of the page to confirm your order.
Click "Next" and enter you child's name and YR level.
Click on terms to read the ASAP terms, then go back.
Click "send".
Select payment method and click on "Next"
Enter your credit card details (your credit card will be debited 14 days after the season start). Click on "Pay".
Any student dropping out of any activity 15 or more days after the start of each season, will be charged the full amount of the activity and not receive a refund.
